Sander Tingstad (f. 1991) works as violinist in The Arctic Philharmonic in Tromsø, where he regularly appears as soloist and leader. He is also active as a chamber musician and soloist across different genres. In the spring of 2022 he released his debut album Opphav on Simax Classics, an album that explore the borders beetween folk music and classical, and that has received splendid reviews and was selected as one of the top albums of the year in the prominent Norwegian paper Klassekampen.
